Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy – Default Policy 1. Booking Policy Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Bookings can be made directly through our website, subject to availability. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking with all relevant details. 2. Cancellation Policy More than 14 days before check-in: 90% refund (10% admin fee applies). 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: No refund. Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. 3. Waitlist Policy If your preferred dates are unavailable, you may join the waitlist. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp if your requested dates become available. Waitlisted bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. 4. Early Departures No refunds for early departures once checked in. 5. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty. 6. Policy Acceptance By making a booking, guests agree to the above terms and conditions.
